All transactions to be made through Air21 Online booking are safe, especially the online payment system, package information, waybill, and delivery process. The website is ensured with a Secure Sockets Layer certificate, an online protocol to ensure that every information is kept confidential to protect the account information.
Air21 Online Booking takes almost up to 6 steps to transact. There are 3 package categories: SuLight (Extra Small, Small, Box) which are for documents and small parcels; Bulilit Box (3kg) for small items added with safer handling; and Hebigat Box (5kg, 10kg, and 20kg) for bigger and fragile items. All these information, together with the pick-up date, package details, service type, and shipment costs are in the website.
The waybill is also printable. In case the user chooses to cancel the transaction, the payment is refundable under some cases.
